Secretary of BPSDM PMDDTT (Mr. Muhammad Asnawi Sabil, S.Ag., M.Si) together with the Head of Finance and BMN (Mr. Asep Awaluddin, S.E., M.Si) and ranks visited the Development of State Property Management as well as hospitality with extended family in the BPPMDDTT Ambon environment, Wednesday, February 28, 2024.


The arrival of the Secretary of BPSDM PMDDTT was welcomed by the Head of BPPMDDTT Ambon (Ronny Presli Hutapea, S.E., M.Si) and the entire extended family of BPPMDDTT Ambon. Coaching and hospitality activities were carried out in the Hall Room of BPPMDDTT Ambon at 08.00 WIT until it was finished.


The Head of BPPMDDTT Ambon had the opportunity to deliver a speech by describing the condition of BPPMDDTT Ambon in general including the working area, the number of human resources, the condition of facilities and infrastructure supporting activities, output achievements, and future plans to improve the performance of BPPMDDTT Ambon.


Secretary of BPSDM PMDDTT provides direction to the entire BPPMDDTT Ambon family to improve discipline, streamline governance, and pay attention to performance based on the Role and Results Matrix to support organizational performance appraisal.


"Discipline in the work environment must be improved and implemented properly, so that it can encourage better organizational performance because with all employees who have good discipline, it affects the atmosphere of good performance", said Mr. M Asnawi.


In addition, the Head of Finance and BMN also provides direction related to the elimination of goods and the procurement of capital expenditures that can be submitted to the RKBMN.


In the last session of coaching, there was also a discussion between several representatives of BPPDDTT Ambon employees. The discussion was held as a form of conveying hope and appreciation with the arrival of the Secretary of BPSDM PMDDTT at BPPMDDTT Ambon.
