The Ambon Training and Empowerment Center for Villages, Disadvantaged Areas, and Transmigration carried out the Maritime Training Exploration Force III in Ambalau District, South Buru Regency, Maluku Province. Maritime training itself is a National Action Plan mandated to be implemented by the Ministry of Village PDTT through BPPMDDTT Ambon, and is a specialty of BPPMDDTT Ambon training.

This maritime exploration produced several secondary data including thematic recommendations for training, namely the field of fishing. It is hoped that during the training, the fishermen will get a capacity building related to maritime resource management in the village.

Exploration officers have recruited as many as 7 (seven) villages in Ambalau District. The implementation of training activities will be carried out after Eid al-Fitr in 2024.

Exploration itself is a pre-training activity to coordinate activity programs, recruit participants, and identify potential and problems in the field so that recommendations are compiled to facilitate community empowerment programs through training activities.
