Ambon, October 29, 2025  A strong spirit of collaboration and empowerment filled the air as the Regional BUMDes Forum for Maluku and North Maluku – PAPARISA Edition 3 was successfully held by the Training and Empowerment Center for Village Communities and Disadvantaged Areas (BPPMDDT) Ambon.

Carrying the theme “Transforming BUMDes Toward Village Independence,” the event became an inspiring platform for village leaders and practitioners from across the archipelago.


The virtual event drew remarkable enthusiasm from across Indonesia, not only from Maluku and North Maluku but also from Aceh, West Sumatra, Lampung, Java, Bali, Central Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Central Papua.

Participants eagerly joined the forum, driven by the shared passion to learn, exchange experiences, and strengthen village empowerment.

This nationwide participation proved that distance is no longer a barrier when the goal is shared progress, enthusiasm becomes the bridge that unites villages across the archipelago.


The forum featured a range of key discussions, including enhancing BUMDes management capacity, the strategic role of village heads in local economic development, and success stories from BUMDes Posi-Posi and BUMDes Arika Kalesang, which have proven that small-scale initiatives can generate real community impact.


The Head of BPPMDDT Ambon highlighted that regional collaboration is the foundation of sustainable independence. Through the PAPARISA Forum, participants not only gained new insights but also built long-term partnerships and mutual trust across regions.


The event reaffirmed a shared belief that villages are the roots of national progress. From the spirit of unity and cooperation, rural transformation continues to grow shaping a stronger, self-reliant Indonesia.
